Ana Verónica Muñoz was born in Venezuela of Chilean parents. She graduated from Point Park University (Pittsburgh, PA) with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Theater and Directing. She has worked extensively on New York as well as Regional stages throughout the US, appearing at Intar, Spanish Repertory Theater, HERE, New Federal Theater, Theater for the New City, Hostos Rep., LATEA Theater, New Jersey Shakespeare Festival, Stamford Theater Works, Pittsburgh Public Theater and GALA Hispanic Theater in Washington, DC among others. Some of her roles include: Yerma (Title role), Bianca (Othello), Marisol (Title role), Georgie (Spike Heels), Gertrude (Hamlet), Beatrice (Servant of Two Masters), Chekov’s “The Bear”, Bertolt Brecht’s “The Jewish Wife”, August Strindberg’s “The Stronger”, Emilie (“Dangerous Liaisons”), Lola Montez (“The Courtesan”) Juana (“The Sins of Sor Juana”), Eva, a one woman show and many others. Ana Verónica is also a versatile VO artist with work that ranges from narration, promos and industrial films to movie dubbing, documentaries and radio and TV commercials.
